1. GENERAL

The following terms and conditions and any other related regulations that are adopted by GERMAN JOYERO and made available pursuant to this document (hereinafter, collectively referred to as “the Terms and Conditions of Sale”) will apply to all sales of GERMAN products JOYERO that you (hereinafter, “the Client” or “you”) may order from GERMAN JOYERO SA, a company subject to and organized in accordance with the laws of Spain and with registered office at Preciados 11, Madrid (Spain) (in hereinafter, “GERMAN JOYERO” or also referred to herein as “we”, “us”, “our”, “our”, “our” or “ours”) either (a) by phone through any means electronically, either the form on the website or by email.

2. MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Products purchased new and manufactured by Germán Joyero will be guaranteed for a period of two years. In order to make the guarantee effective, it will be necessary to present the invoice or the purchase ticket of the purchased product.

Germán Joyero SA will be responsible for all labor, material and transport costs derived from the repair of the piece, and if the repair is impossible, it must reimburse the entire cost of the piece.

The guarantee will only cover manufacturing defects, expressly excluding damage caused by knocks or due to negligent care and the natural wear of the rhodium layer on white gold.

3. ELIGIBILITY TO MAKE PURCHASES

Only those persons who (a) have reached the legal age of majority (eighteen years in most countries), (b) have the legal capacity to enter into contracts and (c) reside in Spain. If you are legally a minor or do not have the legal capacity to enter into a contract for any other reason, your parent or guardian must place the order on your behalf and thereby accept these Terms and Conditions of Sale. Any order placed in contravention of this provision will be considered void.

4. AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS; AMOUNT

The Customer Service Center and product information pages available on the Website may provide you with information regarding products that are currently available for sale through such channels. Please note that only those creations that have an “Add to Basket” button will be available for sale through the Website.

5. CREATION OF THE ACCOUNT; PERSONAL INFORMATION; BUY WITHOUT REGISTRATION

6. ORDERS

7. PRICES, TAXES AND SHIPPING COSTS

All prices displayed on product information pages on the Website or quoted by the Customer Service Center are inclusive of VAT, delivery charges and other taxes unless otherwise stated.

Delivery charges and VAT will be reflected on your order page, i.e. the last page that will appear before you are asked to confirm and submit your order (in the case of an order placed through the Website ), or will be quoted by the Customer Service Center (in the case of a telephone order), also appearing on your Order Acknowledgment and on your invoice (if you have selected to receive an invoice). 9. PAYMENT

9.1. Payment by credit or debit card

You can pay by credit or debit card, as specified on the website or through the Customer Service center.

Your billing address must correspond to Spain. Cards that include a billing address outside of Spain will not be accepted.

If you place your order on the Website, you will need to enter your payment details in the relevant form. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization checks by the card issuer. Once you place an order and select bank transfer as the payment method, Germán Joyero will wait until your payment is received to process your order. If the funds are not credited to our bank account within seven (7) business days of you placing your order, your order will be cancelled.

Germán Joyero will not charge any supplement for making the payment by bank transfer; however, please ensure that we receive the full amount mentioned on the Order Acknowledgment before we process your order. Please also note that some financial institutions may charge you a fee for making a bank transfer.

9.3. Security

Germán Jeyero takes precautions —including administrative, technical and physical measures— to protect your personal data against loss, theft and misuse, as well as against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction. 12. COMPLEMENTARY SERVICES

The following complementary services will be offered, free of charge, on the Website or by the Customer Service Center:

12.1. Gift wrapping and packaging

All of our packages are gift wrapped. Box and special packaging can be valuable. If you or the Gift Recipient choose to return the product, the product must be provided in its original packaging.

12.3. Adjustment of watch straps

13. SHIPPING POLICY

We will only accept orders with delivery to addresses located in Spanish territory. Please note that Germán Joyero does not ship to certain addresses, such as post office boxes or hotels. You can obtain more information about this on the Website or by contacting the Customer Service Center.

The delivery costs and the estimated delivery time will be mentioned on the Website or by the Customer Service Center before you place your order, appearing summarized in the Acknowledgment of receipt of the order.

Germán Joyero will insure all purchases while they are in transit and until they are delivered to the Client. 14. INVOICES

15. RETURNS

At Germán Joyero our main goal is the satisfaction of our customers. Therefore, we want to make sure that the product that you have purchased in our store, both physical and online, always corresponds to your expectations.

Items purchased in a physical store may be exchanged in the store where they were purchased for other items available in stock or for a voucher during the 15 business days following the purchase upon presentation of the purchase receipt and provided that the item is in good condition and unused. Exceptionally in the case of engagement rings, the money will be returned during the aforementioned 15 days after the purchase.

For items purchased through our online store you have 14 days from the day of receipt of the merchandise, to return the product.

15.1 Withdrawal

Right of withdrawal:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification.

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify Germán Joyero SA, Avenida de Concha Espina 5, 28016 Madrid (tel. 914117251) of your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unequivocal statement (for example, a letter sent by post , fax or email). Consequences of withdrawal:

16. FINAL PROVISIONS

Entire agreement. Divisibility.
